Valaoritou The pick
Valaoritou won because the scene here is built by the people in it. The coffee comes from roasters like Valenio who actually roast, the records at Father Coffee & Vinyl get played, and OWL Clothes is a shop with a point of view, not a souvenir rack. The other contenders trade on what they were: an oil market, a flea market, an Ottoman hill town. Valaoritou trades on what it's becoming, and it's still cheap enough and rough enough that the interesting people haven't been priced out yet. A neighborhood where the daytime is dead and the night is the product. That imbalance is the tell. It means the place still belongs to the ones making it.
