Martićeva The pick
Martićeva wins because people make things there. Tkalčićeva sells you a drink, Britanski trg sells you someone else's past, but on Martićeva the work happens in ground-floor studios you can see into from the street. Six blocks, twenty-plus studios and shops, zero branding consultants required. You can eat at Noel, browse Garderoba and Selectedd, buy a bottle at Vivat Fina Vina, and finish at Doma Bar without repeating a crowd. That much intention in five blocks left little to argue. Nobody planned a district here. Designers just kept taking cheap ground-floor space near each other until the street had a point of view. That's how the real ones start.
